Bilis has been murdered.
However just as the people around digest this very fact, Bilis, another one that is, comes in all alive.
This story explores the misdeeds committed by the said people.
If I were to be brutally honest I could not make any heads or tails with this episode.
A second listen of this did not make me any the wiser.
I really could not understand the purpose of a Bilis' murder and the ending just had me baffled.
Definitely not a Torchwood Big Finish that I have been impressed with.
