Eerie beginning to the story with what happened to the policeman who is presumably the same one who appeared at the beginning of An Unearthly Child.
Also good backdrop with the Kennedy assassination.
A very effective menace with the Shroud as it uses people’s grief as its weapon and on the page they are absolutely horrifying.
