The Incherton Incident is the second story in The Demon Song boxset from Big Finish featuring the First Doctor and Dodo.
Written by Nick Briggs.
Incherton is the town that the Doctor and Dodo arrived in this story in 1947 due to something intercepting the TARDIS in space.
Intriguing the way this story was told with something alien with it becoming a spy mystery as the Doctor and Dodo soon meet an American secret agent Virginia Handcock.
Overall very good on how this alien menace has been dealt with but surprising after the conclusion of the main plot that this story ends on a cliffhanger certainly make me wonder what is indeed next for the Doctor and Dodo.
Enjoyable interviews about this story including Briggs addressing the cliffhanger.
Briggs reminded listeners that Dodo eventually leaves the Doctor in The War Machines but also says that it is a long journey between The Incherton Incident and The War Machines.
Certainly curious to find out how that cliffhanger will be solved.
