War of the Words is a comic strip story from DWM in issue 51 in March 1981.
Featuring the Fourth Doctor and K9.
Written by Steve Moore with art by Dave Gibbons.
This is a fan-made presentation of the story.
The story title is of course a variation on War of the Worlds.
This has the TARDIS lands the Doctor in the library world of Biblios, an obvious pun on bibliography given the premise of this story.
The premise of this story has two opposing forces who are attempting to gain access to information on a superweapon which they believe is stored in Biblios.
It is therefore left to the Doctor to make sure that neither forces get this information and quite good how it delivered its premise.
